The airline said the percentage of shares held by foreigners exceeded the limit of 45 per cent of total issued and paid-up share capital.
“Pursuant to the Securities Industry Regulations 1996, shares held by foreigners which are within the prescribed limit will be entitled to all rights and entitlements.”
